We have some travel funding available for those who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford the trip.
You may request assistance for flights, land transportation, accommodation, up to £30 for food (per day) on travel days, COVID testing, and documentation (such as visa fees).
Please get in touch with us if you will need to quarantine on arrival.
If you are granted travel support, you may also enter the event free of charge — you do not need to apply to fund your conference ticket.
Note that students who are admitted to the conference are not required to pay for their ticket in the first place, regardless of whether they request travel support.
Please note that we can’t guarantee travel funding for everyone who might need it​.
